Preventative Maintenance Agreements

We work with you to determine a set number of hours required for your computer service needs on the frequency that works best for your business. For some this is only once per month, for others, this can be 16 hours per week or more. Unlike many companies who will charge you full price if you deviate from the set schedule, we look at the total number of hours instead. Until the hours are expended, you will not receive hourly bills just because you had a computer related problem outside of your scheduled maintenance date. And we are here for you 24x7x365.

On-Demand Block

BITS Etc. On-Demand Block provides a method for companies who do not need a regular maintenance plan, but who need our skilled expertise from time to time and would like to have a reduced hourly rate offered by purchasing hours in quantaties. This plan is the favorite amongst offices with fewer than five employees and with medium corporations who have full-time information systems staff to take care of regular maintenance.

Remote Support / Maintenance

Remote support technical services are fast becoming the method of choice for the computer service needs of many businesses. As inherent with all service business, travel charges exist. But, not with remote support / maintenance. This new service offering allows the majority of services to be performed remotely with no travel charges.
